Self Care during Lockdown
Eating disorders love us to feel isolated, anxious and uncertain about the future. Therefore, it's so important to put a few things in place to help ourselves, to make time for self care and to ensure we have resources and a network around us. Now we know what a lockdown feels like, let's do everything we can to plan ahead. Here's just a few tips and resources you can try, there's lots more though.
